Your wedding day is one of the most special days of your life--
and you’re sure to have a few questions as you plan.
It’s our goal to be an asset to you and trusted member of your wedding planning team, so we’ve compiled some of the insights we’ve gathered through the years to help you make the best choices for your day.
BUT FIRST, LET'S TALK FOR A MOMENT ABOUT "THE MAGIC."
When the light perfectly illuminates the edge of your face. When the breeze lifts a veil and the light catches it, turning sheer fabric into a glowing halo. When laughter spills into the golden air, and for a fleeting moment, time slows—just enough to feel the warmth, to hear the rustle of silk, to see the way love lingers in a glance. These are the moments that matter, the ones that live beyond the photograph, etched in memory like sunlight on water.
Sometimes we’re lucky enough to have all of the ingredients come together and I’m there, ready and waiting to capture that moment—that’s where the magic can happen.
But it also doesn’t just happen. Thoughtful preparation, planning, timelines, location scouting, and styling all come together to create it. But, we still need a bit more from you to really make magic happen— the vulnerability to show your true love, the intention to be in the moment and fully present, and the trust to let us be our most creative selves.

THE FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
• What is your pricing?
We’ve learned over the years that every celebration is different and comes with its own set of unique needs. Because of this, we quote every wedding, elopement, and portrait session on an individual basis. That said, our full service wedding collections begin at an investment of $3400 for local Key West weddings with guests less than 150 people.
Contact us and we can send you a more specific outline of your investment once we know more about your needs.

• How do I confirm my wedding date?
Once you’ve selected your date and we’ve determined your collection, we will prepare and send a photography contract for your review. We ask that you return your signed contract within about a week to ensure your date remains available. Once we receive your contract and the 50 percent photography retainer, your wedding date is officially booked! The final balance is due four weeks prior to your wedding date.
• Do you offer videography?
We do not offer videography services, however we can delightfully recommend a few wonderful videographers.
• What is your approach in capturing the wedding story?
We have a very hands-on approach to setting up a wedding day timeline—our goal is to ensure that you have the best natural light for every part of your celebration. We also prefer to help build the timeline together with your planner and designer to give you plenty of time to capture all of your desired portraits and photographs throughout the day with buffers to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience. We balance art directing, styled detail shots and portraits, and capturing the moments that happen organically through photojournalistic coverage. The end result yields a beautiful balance of people, details and emotion.
• What equipment do you use?
We shoot with the latest Canon R5 cameras and a selection of professional lenses, including 35mm (for storytelling) , 50mm (for classic portraits) , 100mm (for dreamy close-ups), 28-70mm (power house lens), 16-35mm (wide angle), and 70-200mm (to be able to stay away if we need to, but still close enough to capture your story)
Each lens gives us a different feel and look, allowing us to capture everything from wide scenic shots to intimate close-ups with dreamy depth. This ensures a perfect balance of storytelling, candid moments, and timeless portraits on your wedding day.
We also always bring back up camera, memory cards, and all of our equipment is regularly serviced to ensure it's in full working order.

• What happens if RB gets sick or has some sort of emergency right before the wedding?
Having an emergency come up immediately before a wedding is a circumstance we have yet to encounter (knock on wood)—and an unpleasant thought for everyone involved. Leading up to a wedding, we plan our lives carefully to ensure our health is in top form and that we have ample travel time (for destination weddings). Should unforeseen circumstances prevent us from attending your wedding, we will do our best to arrange a replacement photographer of equivalent caliber and style—we have a strong network to aid in such an unlikely circumstance. Alternatively, we would return your full investment and allow you to make your own arrangements if you so choose.
• Who should be included in our family photos?
We will first photograph you with your immediate family members (parents and siblings) and grandparents (if applicable) during the allotted formal family time. If you have groupings outside of immediate family, we suggest you provide these details ( a List of family formal photos) at least two weeks prior to your wedding so we can schedule our time accordingly. Please let us know which family member can help indentify a family members for a smooth photo experience.
We suggest Additionally, please inform us of any special groupings due to family circumstances (i.e divorce, stepparents, etc) so that we can appropriately welcome and recognize all of the meaningful relationships in your life.

• What are image turnaround times?
Our work is focused on creating exquisite art using the finest methods and quality products. With a passion for the details, we carefully curate and present each and every project we photograph. Turnaround times for engagement and portrait sessions average 2 to 6 weeks. Turnaround times for wedding images is 6 to 10 weeks depends on volume of weddings that month.
• How do you ensure that you stay on schedule during the day?
Staying on schedule is one of the most important factors of our work. We plan carefully with your wedding planner or coordinator to create a custom minute-by-minute photo timeline for each event. Adhering to our photo timeline ensures that we are able to capture every incredible moment and detail of your celebration in optimal lighting conditions.
• Can I customize my wedding collection?
Absolutely. We can happily tailor any collection to best suit your celebration. Please email us your wish list. We will follow up with a bespoke collection for your review.
• Is travel/accommodation included in your pricing?
Travel (destination weddings) is not included in the pricing for our collections. As each wedding is unique, we love to learn about your destination and celebration before we discuss travel plans. We then customize a quote based on the location and number of shooting days. The travel quote is added to your selected collection, and we handle all of our own travel arrangements unless otherwise specified.
• Do you work with second shooter?
Yes, I have worked with a few photographers over the years. After selecting your desired collection and creating your customized wedding experience, I will ensure that my second photographer aligns with that vision.
• Should I make a "shot list" of my desired photos?
You’ve got enough on your plate—our thorough and detail oriented approach ensures you’ll have more photos than you could ever need or want, but we do recommend bringing to our attention any special people, planned moments, or unique details you’d like to capture that we might not know to anticipate. On your wedding day, please have the rings, dress, shoes, jewelry and any other heirlooms you’d like in the photos in the bridal suite. We will spend the first hour of our coverage shooting your details and final hair/makeup.
• What if it rains? What if we have to reschedule/relocate due to weather or natural disaster?
While rain on your wedding day is considered lucky—it's certainly not what we hope for. That said, we've navigated the challenges weather can pose time and time again, and some of our proudest work is from rainy celebrations. We work together with your wedding planner to come up with a strong Plan B—and even a Plan C. Ultimately, in these circumstances, this is when our experience, expertise and resourcefulness pay off in dividends. Should inclimate weather threaten your wedding day to the point of needing to reschedule—each wedding and each situation is unique, and that's how we handle them. But know this, we’re your partner and friend through it all.
